How to Use This Tracker

  • Write the month, then the day your period starts and the day it ends.
  • Rate the flow as Light (L), Medium (M), or Heavy (H), you can note it for the heaviest day.
  • Use "Notes" for anything worth remembering, unusual cramps, mood, or timing around a big event.
